Make IAH Accessible Across The Country

Introduced in 2017, the Independence at Home  Act (S.464) converts the Independence At Home demonstration into a permanent, national Medicare program.  The IAH Act is bipartisan legislation that expands to the entire nation the innovative and highly successful Independence at Home (IAH) demonstration project that has been providing home-based primary medical care to nearly 10,000 elders with severe chronic illness and disability over the last several years.
